On the other hand, human resources performance is a multifaceted issue, encompassing factors such as: peoples’ abilities, skills, motivation, attitude, morale, team coordination, processes followed etc.
In this coaching programme, we work along company employees and executives-in collaboration with company management-in a brief and concise intervention, aimed at unlocking people’s potential, redesigning critical operations and introducing changes to boost organizational performance!
✓ Delineating each employee's / executive's role and duties
✓ Developing a compelling vision -a shared purpose for common action
✓ Analyzing each person's personal profile (strengths / weaknesses)
✓ Discussing the importance of the acceptance of diversity / exercises
✓ Identifying the critical success factors impacting quality & performance
✓ Analyzing the inner obstacles to success (doubts, fears, conflicts etc.)
✓ Training / skills development in the areas deemed necessary
✓ Basic principles of transactional analysis at work -the notion of personal responsibility
✓ Creating a plan of action including improvements and participant's commitment
Mode of delivery: 5 sessions (1 per week), comprehensive course notes, exercises.
