Everything in our lives is about communication and relationships! We relate to many different people in our everyday life, ranging from those closest to us (family, partner, friends etc.) to people at work (clients, colleagues, boss) and to social acquaintances, individuals we seldom come across.
Through our relationships with all these people, not only do we-supposedly-get what we want to satisfy our needs (practical and emotional ones), but we also make sense of ourselves and draw our identity. Yet, oftentimes, our relationships are not satisfactory; we don't feel understood, we can't get our message across, we face conflicts, fights, or-conversely-indifference.
You see, nowadays, as people are entrapped in their everyday routines and their own pursuits, they have little (if any) time to reflect on how they communicate and how they can improve their relationships. Or, even when they do so, they tend to ruminate the same thoughts and stumble upon the same obstacles, without seeing any new, more effective options to deal with the situation.
In this communication coaching course, you will be helped to discover more about yourself, enhance your awareness with regard to how you connect to other people; in addition, you will be taught effective communication strategies and tactics to create harmonious relationships within your environment, while asserting your rights and satisfying your own needs better!
