In this programme, we provide you with an important theoretical background to help you learn and add to your arsenal of knowledge the principles and methods of life coaching, a highly useful modality, which you can apply either for your own self-improvement or to help other people in your environment (loved ones, friends, colleagues etc.).
Life coaching is based on the premises that our life can become better, if we become better! In fact, the basic idea in life coaching and the personal development movement in general, is that people are not captives of their past, nor do they have to follow along the same trajectory of inefficient patterns, leading them-more or less-to similar (undesirable) results.
By introducing small, practical, everyday changes in the way we think of ourselves and others, the way we communicate, our reactions to situations, our self-beliefs and our optimism levels, we can achieve much more and feel better!
This workshop is particularly helpful to personal development practitioners, coaches, therapists and also to individuals wishing to augment their skills and develop themselves.
