An executive coach helps executives and employees better understand their role in the organization, identify their strengths and weaknesses, set clear goals, introduce changes where needed and apply appropriate tactics, to get better at what they do.
Towards this end, a coach conducts interviews, administers questionnaires and works along with company people, in prearranged sessions (either on an individual or group basis), helping them explore effective ways to increase performance and overcome the various success obstacles (interpersonal / intra-company communication, prioritization of tasks, operations and processes followed, personal insecurities, highly demanding and stressful situations etc.).
In addition, an executive coach provides training in specific domains such as sales communication and personal influence skills, time management, managerial and leadership skills etc.
Furthermore, the role of a coach is to help executives and business leaders create a compelling vision for their work, tap into their talents, unleash their potential, get inspired and motivated, while aligning their efforts accordingly, to achieve higher results!
