In this performance coaching programme, we work along company employees-in collaboration with company management-in a brief and concise intervention, aimed at unlocking people’s potential, improving key operations, and introducing changes to boost organizational performance.
We analyze each employee's personal profile, discuss their role, duties and responsibilities, identify the potential obstacles to success, while helping them develop a vision for their job, along with a plan including specific actions to be taken to increase their effectiveness.
Finally, we provide training in areas such as: communication -teamwork, time and project management, sales abilities, leadership skills, conflict handling, stress management etc.
